Sasha Addict REWARDS PROGRAM
Join our Sasha Addict Rewards Program for extra savings! Once you join, each time you shop at the Sasha Boutique in Laguna Beach or online www.shopsasha.com, you can accrue dollar credits by using your Sasha Addict account. Here are the details:
MEMBERSHIP/ENROLLMENT
You may enroll in the Sasha Addict rewards program by simply visiting the Sasha Boutique located in Laguna Beach, CA, or calling the store at (949) 715-1444, or registering online at www.shopsasha.com and signing up. You begin earning dollar credits the very first time you make a purchase with your membership Card, and for each purchase thereafter using the same card.
There are no fees or charges to become a member of the Sasha Addict program. Only individuals are eligible for membership (sorry--corporations or other entities are not eligible!). Only one account per person is allowed and different accounts cannot be combined. Employees of Sasha are not eligible for membership.
Dollar Credits
Dollar credits begin to accrue as soon as you start purchasing with your Sasha Addict membership number. No dollar credits will be earned for any purchases made prior to joining. All sale dollar amounts are rounded down. For every 250 dollars spent (pre-tax), Sasha will automatically update your Sasha Addict member’s account with a $15 Reward Discount Coupon. Accrual dollars are earned on net dollars spent (i.e., no dollars are earned on any fees, discounted dollar amounts, applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges, returns, credits, purchases of gift cards and/or gift certificates, or value of Reward Discount Coupon amount used). Reward dollar credits are not transferable. Not valid for cash. Offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
USE OF REWARD DISCOUNT COUPON/DOLLARS
Reward Discount Coupons/Dollar Credits are valid and redeemable at the Sasha Boutique, as well as online through www.shopsasha.com. The value of the Reward Discount Coupon/Dollar Credits will be applied against the pre-tax purchase amount (i.e., excluding taxes, fees, shipping and handling charges). Customer will be responsible for paying all taxes, fees and shipping and handling charges. Customer must present photograph identification for redemption if the transaction is being processed in the Sasha Boutique. Reward Discount Coupons/Dollar Credits may not be used to purchase gift cards or gift certificates or be applied towards any shipping or handling charges or other fees. Reward Discount Coupons/Dollar Credits are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent and may not be applied toward payment of any outstanding Sasha PLCC account balances, or previous purchases. Reward Discount Coupon(s)/Dollar Credits are not transferable and may not be combined (excluding sales) with other Sasha promotions or other discounts. Once a Reward Discount Coupon/Dollar Credits has been redeemed, it will not be refundable and no credits will be issued for any reason. Sasha is not responsible for lost or stolen Reward Discount Coupons/Dollar Credits. Rewards are banked within your Sasha Addict account.
EXPIRATION
You must use the Reward Discount Coupon(s)/Dollar Credits within 60 days after they have been earned.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH REWARD DISCOUNT COUPON.
Returns and exchanges will be processed in accordance with Sasha’s return and exchange policy. Customer will receive a refund for the total amount of the returned item less any Reward Discount Coupon(s)/Dollar Credits redeemed (applied proportionately to the total purchase amount based on the number of items purchased); No credit and/or refund Reward Discount Coupon/Dollar Credits will be issued. Sasha Addict reward point balances will be debited to reflect any returns or credits.
CHECKING YOUR DOLLARS
You can check your dollar credits earned through any of the following options by: (1) visiting the Sasha Boutique located in Laguna Beach, CA (2) logging into your account online at www.shopsasha.com. A valid Email address is required to check dollar credits online. Sasha will attempt to credit accounts with points on a timely basis. Dollar Credits may take up to 24 hours to be updated to your account for in-store purchases and 24 hours after your item has been shipped for purchases made through Sasha’s online store at www.shopsasha.com. Any claim for dollar credits not credited accurately must be received by Sasha within 45 days from the date of claimed accrual of such dollar credits. Sasha shall have no liability for any failure, delay or error in crediting dollars to your account.
INACTIVITY/CANCELLATION
In the event, a Sasha Addict membership account is not utilized for a full calendar year, Sasha reserves the right to cancel your membership and zero out the dollar credits earned. You may re-enroll in the program; however, previously earned dollar credits which were zeroed out will not be credited and you will start with a balance of zero dollar credits.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL SASHA/SASHII, LLC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENROLLMENT, MEMBERSHIP OR USE OF THE SASHA ADDICT REWARDS PROGRAM (WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER FORM OF ACTION) OR ITS TERMINATION, AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER SASHA/SASHII, LLC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: MEMBERS EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE SASHA ADDICT REWARDS PROGRAM IS AT HIS OR HER SOLE RISK. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SASHA FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE REWARDS PROGRAM WILL BE ERROR FREE.
MISCELLANEOUS
Sasha’s interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions of the Sasha Addict program shall be binding on Sasha Addict members. By enrolling in the Sasha Addict rewards program, you agree to be bound by the full Terms and Conditions stated herein. You also agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically and shall be bound by any modifications. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent modifications, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your membership in the program. The Sasha Addict Rewards program is void where prohibited by law. Membership in and benefits to the Sasha Addict rewards program are offered at the sole discretion of Sasha. Sasha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, cancel, discontinue, terminate, change, amend or modify the Sasha Addict program and its Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice to Sasha Addict members (including, but not limited to, our right to expire points if certain requirements are not met, adjust the amount of points earned for each net dollar in purchases made, or modify reward levels or reward benefits). Sasha reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership or accumulated points due to fraud or misuse. You must provide and maintain the accuracy, currency, and completeness of your personal information to maintain your eligibility or Sasha reserves the right to suspend, terminate or refuse your current or future membership in the program. Any unspecified expenses related to the enrollment/use of the Sasha Addict program are solely the Sasha Addict member’s responsibility. You may cancel your membership in the Sasha Addict program by calling the following number 1-949-715-1444. These Terms and Conditions make up the entire agreement between us regarding the Sasha Addict rewards program and supersede any prior agreements (whether oral or written). If a court holds any of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall nevertheless remain enforceable. The failure by Sasha to act on any breach of the Terms and Conditions by you shall not constitute a waiver of Sasha’s right to act with respect to any future breaches. The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in Orange County, California.
PRIVACY
Sasha respects the privacy of its Sasha Addict members. Sasha will not sell or lease personally identifying information (i.e., your name, address, telephone number) to non-affiliated companies or entities and Sasha Addict members may exclude themselves from Emails and mailings from Sasha. By using the Sasha Addict membership number, members consent to the business use of the member’s personal information by Sasha and its affiliates, and consents to the receipt of information provided by Sasha. We do record information regarding the purchases made with your Sasha Addict membership Card to help us provide you with special offers and other information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password and authorize Sasha to act on all instructions received under your account password.
