We will gladly issue an exchange or store credit for regular priced clothing and shoes. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Please fill out the PDF form at the link below and return with merchandise. We will NOT process the return without this form.

2. Send merchandise in its original box along with the Return/Exchange form and a copy of original receipt.
3. Return your package to:

* For your protection, we recommend you obtain a tracking number and/or insurance when you ship your items to us.
Please also make a copy of this form and the receipt for your records.
*All jewelry, handbags, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*All markdown and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Items must be in original packaging with tags ATTACHED. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
* Shoes with soiled soles or shoes which have been used on a hard surface cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
* Item must be received within 14 days from when you received your order.
*Please allow up to 14 days to process your request.
