We are in the beautiful Downtown area of Laguna Beach in Southern California. Right on Pacific Coast Highway and just a couple feet from the sand. It doesn’t get much better than this! Our official address is:

Q: What are your hours?
The store is open M-f 10am-5:30pm PST, Sat 10am-6pm PST, and Sun 10am-5pm PST. We process web orders only during these times as well.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
We want you to LOVE everything you get from us, so we do accept returns on most items. The following are examples of things we can NOT take back or refund you for: Sale Items, Lingerie, Swim Wear, Apothecary, Art Pieces. If it is regular priced apparel, jewelry, shoes, sunglasses, or bag, we will gladly refund or exchange the item as long as:
- You include ShopSasha.com’s Refund/Exchange Form. We cannot process any returns without this form.
- Items are in original packaging WITH tags attached.
- Items are NOT worn, washed or damaged. SHOES--with soiled soles or shoes which have been used on a hard surface--cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Also, the shoe box must be in its original condition and without postal labels. If there are any damages or changes to this box, a fee may result.
- Items must be RECEIVED by the Sasha Boutique within 14 days of the date you received your package.
• Please note your refund will not include any shipping costs that have already been paid, or any Sasha Addict Dollar Credits that were used towards the purchase.
• It is recommended that you send your package insured and with a tracking number since ShopSasha.com/Sasha Boutique is not responsible for any lost or damaged/missing items or packages.
• We will gladly exchange the product if we have something else you want in stock, or give you store credit.
• We reserve the right to approve or deny a request for a return/exchange/store credit. If you are approved, the return will be processed and credited back to your card within 10 business days of receiving the approved return.
• Customer paid shipping will NOT be refunded, and any free shipments will be credited back their total less the shipping costs that Sasha Boutique incurred on that original order.

Q: What are your Shipping Rates & Procedures?
- We use UPS for all our US domestic shipments. Please use our “Real Time Shipping” feature for estimated costs. Insurance is required.
- Sorry, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
- You may also use USPS for International shipments. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, as well as risk of loss and title.
- FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100US (Pre-tax dollars)--Domestic and Ground shipping only.
- You cannot modify your order once it’s shipped so if you have any changes or cancellations, please call us ASAP at (949) 715-1444 to see if your order has been processed yet.
- Orders placed by 5:00pm PST will be processed within the following 1-2 business days (MOST orders will go out the following business day!). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- Local Same-Day Service: $35.00 Flat rate for delivery in a 15 mile radius of the boutique. This service is based on availability, so please call the store at (949) 715-1444.
- Signature required for orders with a value of $500 and above.
- Sasha will not reimburse for lost shipments where “no signature” was requested. A claim to the carrier will be submitted on your behalf, but please note the maximum carriers will reimburse is $100.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges on Refused shipments/packages, and those charges will be deducted from your refund.
- You may pick up your orders at our boutique during our regular business hours with an appointment. Please call to confirm availability and appointment time.

Q: What is your tax rate?
Any shipments sent to a California address will be charged the Laguna Beach tax rate of 7.75%. If the order is being shipped anywhere outside of California, there is NO tax!
Q: Availability of Items
We love having hard-to-find merchandise and one-of-a-kind pieces, but that also means they sell out quickly. Items are sold on a first come/first serve basis and occasionally the system does not update fast enough. If something is not available, you will be contacted via email and/or phone.
Q: Forms of Payment
Sasha accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Your card will be charged when your order is placed. If a payment is denied, we will not be liable for any delay of delivery.
